Civic Build Co is built by three directors bringing 40+ years of combined experience across construction, civil works, renovations and planning & environmental approvals - now consolidated under one boutique company.
Saad Khan
Leads client relationships, tender submissions and project administration at Civic Build Co. Saad also brings close to a decade of experience as an environmental planner and approvals specialist across major government infrastructure projects, spanning pre-approvals through to post-approval compliance.
Chris Gatt
A licensed builder with extensive hands-on experience delivering building and construction projects across NSW. Chris leads site operations at Civic Build Co, scoping, scheduling and delivering jobs to the required standard, on budget and on time.
Erkan Erten
Brings over 10 years of experience delivering high-quality renovation projects across NSW, covering bathrooms, kitchens, laundries and full home renovations. At Civic Build Co, Erkan supports site operations and delivery, while overseeing WHS compliance and quality documentation.
