Civic Build Co Pty Ltd was founded in 2026 by three directors with one goal: bring 40+ years of combined, hands-on experience together under one company that does construction properly, across civil works, plumbing, renovations, and council and government tenders.

Saad Khan, Chris Gatt and Erkan Erten decided to build something together rather than keep operating independently, bringing 40+ years of combined experience across construction, civil works, renovations, compliance, and planning & environmental approvals into one company.
What stands behind Civic Build Co is real, hands-on experience: renovation and building work, civil and remedial delivery, and safety compliance, drawn from years each director has spent doing this work directly. Saad Khan
Saad brings close to a decade of experience as an environmental planner and approvals specialist across major government infrastructure projects, including work with several state-owned corporations and local councils. His background spans pre-approvals, post-approval compliance and stakeholder coordination, giving him a strong foundation in navigating complex project requirements.
At Civic Build Co, Saad leads client relationships, tender submissions, project administration, project management and overall coordination, helping keep every project organised, audit-ready and aligned with the requirements of each scope.
Chris Gatt
Chris is a licensed builder with extensive hands-on experience delivering building and construction projects across NSW. Chris has managed a wide range of residential and general building works, overseeing projects from scoping and planning through to handover.
At Civic Build Co, he leads site operations and works scheduling, ensuring each job is carefully coordinated and delivered to the required standard, on budget and time.
Erkan Erten
Erkan brings over 10 years of experience delivering high-quality renovation projects across NSW. His background and expertise covers bathroom, kitchen, laundry and full home renovations, with broad capability across tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, cabinetry and fit-out. He brings a strong focus on quality workmanship, reliable delivery and well-managed project execution.
At Civic Build Co, Erkan supports site operations, project delivery and works coordination, while also overseeing WHS compliance and quality documentation to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
